- For intrastate services that are subject to the MCI, TTI National, or Telecom*USA General Services Agreement for Residential Customers, see the General Service Agreement, any optional calling plan, promotion, and/or authorized written communications received from MCI Communications Services, Inc., TTI National, or Telecom*USA, Inc. and the Catalog Schedules set forth below.
- For intrastate services that are subject to the MCI General Services Agreement for Small Business Customers, see the General Service Agreement, any optional calling plan, promotion, and/or authorized written communications received from MCI Communications Services, Inc., or TTI National, or Telecom*USA, Inc. and the Catalog Schedules set forth below.
