Verizon Business VoIP Voice Quality Service Level Agreement

The Verizon Business VoIP is the industry's only true converged voice and data network solution serving both enterprise and small business markets. It is designed with the highest reliability, security and quality standards available.

VoIP guarantees service by offering a voice quality SLA for customers who implement VoIP with Bundled or A La Carte pricing using Internet Dedicated Access. The Verizon Business VoIP SLA guarantees Jitter and MOS metrics on the backbone network. Metrics are collected from designated routers, in key network hubs, in 5-minute intervals. Monthly metrics are derived from averaging all samples over the month.

Jitter will not exceed 1.0 milliseconds for communication between Verizon Business-designated inter-regional transit backbone network routers ("Hub Routers") in the contiguous United States.

Mean Opinion Score of:

Mean Opinion Score will be at least 3.8 or better for communication between Verizon Business-designated inter-regional transit backbone network routers ("Hub Routers") in the contiguous United States.
