Alabama Customer Notices
MCI: MCI no longer files tariffs or price lists with the Alabama Public Service Commission for non-basic residential and small business services. The complete terms and conditions that govern the provision of MCI’s formerly tariffed intrastate services in Alabama for residential and small business customers, including intrastate long distance and bundled services, will consist of the General Service Agreement (at http://www.mci.com/service_agreement), the on-line catalog schedule and the current terms of any optional calling plan, promotion, or any authorized written communications received from the Company.

Telecom*USA: Telecom*USA no longer files tariffs or price lists with the Alabama Public Service Commission for non-basic residential and small business services. The complete terms and conditions that govern the provision of Telecom*USA’s in formerly tariffed intrastate services in Alabama will consist of the General Service Agreement, and the terms and conditions detailed on the Company's website http://www.talksmarterusa.com/tusa_service_agreement/index.jsp, and the current terms of any optional calling plan, promotion, or any authorized written communications received from the Company.

TTI National, Inc.: TTI National no longer files tariffs or price lists with the Alabama Public Service Commission for non-basic residential and small business services. The complete terms and conditions that govern the provision of TTI National’s formerly tariffed intrastate long distance services in Alabama will consist of the General Service Agreement, terms and conditions detailed on the Company's website http://www.ttinational.com, and the current terms of any optional calling plan, promotion, or any authorized written communications received from the Company.

Verizon Business: Verizon Business no longer files tariffs or price lists with the Alabama Public Service Commission for non-basic services or for services provided under contract. The complete terms and conditions that govern the provision of Verizon Business’s formerly tariffed intrastate services in Alabama consist of the customer's written service agreement and the online Service Publication and Price Guide (at http://www.verizonbusiness.com/guide).
