For small impromptu meetings without a reservation
With reservation-less Instant Meeting, your employees keep the same dial-in number and passcodes so meetings can be started at a moment's notice
For large-scale corporate events, particularly regularly scheduled calls.
A Verizon coordinator monitors your meeting, greets and announces each participant, and stands by in case you require assistance.
For large-scale corporate events, particularly high-visibility meetings.
A Verizon conference coordinator manages your entire meeting. This option is recommended for high-visibility meetings or presentations like investor relations calls, focus groups, and press conferences.
