- Works with all approved IEEE wireless security standards, including WPA, WPA2, and 802.11i including:
- AES encryption
- Customer-supplied password tokens
- EAP authentication (PEAP and TLS)
- Gives you the flexibility to control when and where access is permitted
- Segments users by policy, VLAN, SSID
- Linits access to only authorized wireless LAN devices operate within your premises
- Helps protects against unauthorized access behind your firewall
- Detects ad-hoc wireless devices

Simultaneous or Dedicated Air Monitoring
Rogue access point monitoring, detection, and notification (Air Monitor mode) detects wireless activity within your RF space and reacts quickly to real or potential threats. Air Monitoring helps:
- Enforce your enterprise’s wireless security policy
- Detect unauthorized users or wireless devices
- Protect the LAN from malicious attacks
Note: Managed Wireless LAN Service includes an option for wireless-enabled 802.1x compliant RADIUS authentication appliance (customer-administered).
